All Geothermal Loops are manufactured in-house using specially designed coiling equipment, welding procedures and a calibrated pressure testing facility.

Utilising a range of CNC lathes and mills, our in-house machining capability ensures that we can provide specialist made products and accessories with fast delivery times for all customer special requirements.

Plastic Fabrication

A wide range of plastic fabrication is available, utilising the latest thermoplastic welding techniques, including butt fusion, electro-fusion, socket and extrusion welding for the manufacture of geothermal manifolds, chambers and specialist fittings.

Steel Fabrication

A versatile range of steel welding and manipulating equipment ensures a wide range of specialist geothermal fabrications can be produced for all types of project requirement.

Hire

We have a large hire fleet of grout pumps, tremie reels, loop reels either as individual items or as trailer sets plus electro-fusion welding equipment, system flushing kits all available for short or long term hire.
